Course description: This text is the summit of pre-algebra mathematics. Part two of a full pre-algebra course with an introduction to geometry. Some topics included are final reviews of fractions & decimals, order of operations, coordinates, exponents, square roots, ratios, algebraic phrases, and probability.
Lessons contain the introduction to the new concept, lesson practice exercises where the new skill is practiced, and mixed practice exercises, which include 25-30 old and new problems.

Week 6-7: Lessons 81-90
Week 8-9: Lessons 91-100
Week 10-11: Lessons 101-110
Week 12-14: Lessons 111-123

Course materials: Saxon Algebra 1/2 Homeschool Kit, Third Edition (https://setonbooks.com/math/1836-saxon-algebra-1-2-3rd-edition-home-study-kit.html). Other materials include compass, protractor, ruler, graph paper, and scientific calculator.

Homework: Daily assignments (aside from test days) taking 10-25 minutes, with weekly quizzes and tests occurring every week to two weeks.
